I am the Clinical Director at APEX Pediatric Therapy Services in Palatine. I began my journey in ABA in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working in a therapeutic day school where I developed a strong foundation in supporting children with diverse needs. I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees from National Louis University, completing my master’s in September 2023, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in January 2024. I chose to pursue a career in ABA because I saw firsthand the meaningful impact it can have on a child’s quality of life. I truly enjoy helping children build important life skills and love partnering closely with families to support their child’s growth in a way that feels both meaningful and lasting.

Erin
Erin Henke is a BCBA and Clinic Director with 9 years of experience in the field, including 5 as a BCBA. Her passion is figuring out how each child learns best and helping families adjust their approach in ways that actually work for their day-to-day lives. Her work is grounded in the Happy, Relaxed, and Engaged (HRE) Model, with a strong focus on building independence, even when progress isn’t perfectly linear. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, especially at the beach in summer. When she has a free moment, she also enjoys reading and yoga.
